We knew this journey would be challenging, and we committed ourselves to investing the time and resources needed to give it a fair chance. Despite our efforts, we have seen no significant improvements over the past four months, and the gap between sustainability and reality has continued to grow.
As we approach the low season, it is the right time to make this decision. We are not wealthy, and Heal-thy has always been a heartfelt project dedicated to creating a special space for those enjoying vegan cuisine, as well as bringing our family closer together.
Thank you all for your support and loyalty throughout this journey. We are so grateful to all of our wonderful guests/friends who stood by us for the last 10 months. What an incredible journey it has been! Our Vegan restaurant opened in the midst of chaos at Plaza Capdepont—when the entire square was dug up, and many obstacles stood in our way—yet we persevered. Every challenge only made us more determined to create something special.
At this time, the team transformed a kebab place into a fine dining restaurant, serving what we believe to be the best plant-based cuisine in the region. Otto and Oli aimed to show what healthy, delicious, and creative plant-based food can be—using knowledge, passion, and hard work. We also introduced Torrevieja to our 12-course plant-based tasting experience.
High levels of guest care meant that we went the extra mile to ensure each guest was taken care of, and it has been Kelly and Belas's pleasure to become friends with many of you!
Although our doors will soon be closing, we vow to celebrate our community to the very end—carrying ourselves with pride and upholding our high standards of food and service as usual, Tuesday to Sunday 6.30-11.30 pm for our a la carte and winter menu.
